Deposit A 50% deposit is required for all stays 4 nights and longer. 100% deposit for shorter stays. Balance is due upon arrival in CASH or travelers checks. Deposits on units cancelled anytime prior to reservation scheduled during July or August or certain holidays and special events are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Arrival/ departure Check-In time: 2PM - 7PM If you are arriving
after 7PM, please advise us of your arrival time. Check-Out time For guests and their cars is 10AM.
